Designation: Customer Growth Operations Specialist Intern
Location: Bangalore, India

The Role:
The Customer Growth team at Ushur is responsible for driving adoption and value realization for Ushur customers. As a CG Ops Analyst Intern at Ushur, your mission will be to drive the effectiveness and efficiency of our Customer Growth teams and play a vital role in the day to day operations and implementation of new scalable processes at Ushur. You will work closely with our Customer Growth team to support critical functions and relive operational pain points across multiple mediums.
Responsibilities:
Define and continuously improve team metrics and availability of data Analyze, manipulate and present internal metrics for leadership and GTM teams through dashboards and presentations
Consistently detail the analysis, results and operational processes, which can be reused by the team
Always be on the lookout to improve existing processes and contribute to the implementation of these improvements
Manage and drive adoption of CS tools and processes, including reporting and dashboards for key business measures and performance
Assist in the documentation and automation of processes
Organize and manage technical collateral – Use Case/POC library, solution documents, best practice documents, training materials
Cross-Functionally collaborate with various teams within Ushur to achieve companywide objectives
Provide materials and data that help Customer Growth teams work more effectively
Drive knowledge transfer across teams
Help foster company-wide culture of Customer Success
Skills & Experience:
Passion for efficiency and processes improvement
Great time management and prioritization skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability present analysis/findings in a clear and concise manner
Be a phenomenal teammate who thrives in a diverse distributed team
Proactive, well-organized, and have proven attention to detail
