Role Introduction
Ushur is hiring a Head of Revenue Operations (Director) to own and scale our end-to-end revenue operating system. This role reports directly to the CFO and will be a critical partner to Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Finance.
This is a hands-on and strategic leadership role. You will architect the revenue engine, continually optimize, and personally drive execution—especially across sales operations, forecasting, pipeline quality, and quote-to-cash. Over time, you will expand RevOps into a fully unified, AI-enabled GTM function.
If you thrive in ambiguous environments, enjoy building from first principles, and have scaled enterprise SaaS revenue before, this role has real ownership and impact.
Our preference is for this role to be in Santa Clara, CA at HQ, but remote applicants will be considered. For remote positions, Ushur’s U.S. hiring is open to candidates who are residents of the following states: AZ, CA, CO, FL, GA, HI, ID, IL, MD, ME, MI, MN, MO, MA, NE, NJ, NC, OH, PA, SC, TX, UT, VA, WA, NY. Candidates who reside within 25 miles of our HQ in Santa Clara, CA office will follow our hybrid work model. This includes working onsite three days per week and remotely the remaining days.

- Design and enforce standards for pipeline hygiene, deal inspection, and stage rigor
- Improve enterprise deal quality across long, complex sales cycles
- Identify and fix structural issues impacting win rates, sales velocity, and deal slippage
Own forecasting, planning, and revenue visibility
- Build a forecast that leadership and the board trust
- Define and operationalize inspection rhythms for pipeline, forecast risk, and sales productivity
- Partner with Finance on revenue planning, capacity modeling, and quota design
Optimize quote-to-cash
- Own the full quote-to-cash lifecycle, including deal desk processes, approvals, and handoffs
- Reduce friction across contracting, pricing, billing, and customer onboarding
- Ensure enterprise readiness while maintaining speed and consistency

- Own and oversee the rollout and integration of tools
- Rationalize tooling and data flows to support clean, scalable GTM execution
- Establish data hygiene, governance, and reporting standards that scale with growth
Lead AI strategy for RevOps
- Own the internal GTM AI strategy, from experimentation to production use cases
- Identify opportunities to apply AI across forecasting, pipeline inspection, account prioritization, and sales productivity
- Measure ROI rigorously—both internally and in how Ushur’s AI capabilities support customers
What You Bring
- 8+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or GTM Operations in B2B SaaS
- Deep hands-on experience with Sales Ops: forecasting, pipeline management, deal desk, quota & capacity planning
- Strong working knowledge of modern GTM stacks
- Experience supporting enterprise sales motions with long, complex deal cycles
- Demonstrated ability to be both strategic and executional—you can design the system and build it yourself
- Strong cross-functional operator who can influence Sales, Marketing, CS, and Finance without formal authority
- Curiosity and rigor around AI—comfortable experimenting, operationalizing, and measuring impact
The pay range for this position is $190,000- $240,000 plus bonus and equity. However, base pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge and location.
