We are hiring a highly skilled and motivated NLP Applied Researcher to join our Tel-Aviv office. Your responsibilities will include developing LLM and NLP applications. You will be responsible for developing and implementing cutting-edge models to solve complex problems and drive innovation to revolutionize the legal industry as an NLP Applied Researcher.
By providing our users with deeper insights derived from extensive transcription data, these insights will provide them with powerful tools such as contradiction detection, topic extraction, text segmentation, and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG).
Responsibilities:
- Ensure seamless deployment of machine learning models into production environments by working closely with the engineering team
- Utilize your deep expertise in NLP technologies to develop scalable NLP-based products and deploy models into production environment, while continuously optimizing performance to meet real-world demands
- Collaborate with the product team to define research problems and success criteria, translating them into quantifiable goals and objectives
The Ideal Candidate:
- 3+ years of experience with Python in production environments
- 2+ years of experience in applied research up to production code level in Machine Learning / Deep Learning, with a focus on NLP
- Strong background in vector databases, MLOps, CI/CD pipeline development, model quantization and LLM deployment
- M.Sc. in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering
- Experience in finetuning and evaluating LLMs - advantage
- Good understanding of DNNs and experience with PyTorch / TF / other platforms
- Team player with excellent communication skills
- A self-driven learner with enthusiasm for exploring new domains
